Simon Amstell is a comedian, presenter, screenwriter, and director. His stand-up special Set Free is available on Netflix.
As a presenter, Simon has fronted hugely popular programmes such as Channel 4's Popworld and Never Mind The Buzzcock's for BBC Two.
Simon’s feature film Benjamin premiered at the London Film Festival and was released internationally to widespread critical acclaim. His debut film the vegan mockumentary Carnage aired on BBC iPlayer.
He regularly performs at festivals and comedy clubs across the UK and has done a number of sell-out tours and residencies in the UK, US and Australia.
Simon was the youngest finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards and has since won an RTS Award, a Broadcast Award, two British Comedy Awards and has been nominated for a BAFTA.
